You are invited
to join the Texas Association of Massage Therapists if you are a
Texas Licensed Massage Therapist or if you are a student currently
enrolled in the basic massage program at a Texas Licensed Massage
School. When you join TAMT, you will be joining with hundreds of
your fellow therapists across Texas to unify the massage therapy
profession and to insure that the voice of all therapists is heard.
After sending
in the application and payment, you will receive your new member
package within two weeks (after verification of your LMT or school
status), which will include the TAMT Bylaws, a membership certificate
suitable for framing, and the TAMT Code of Ethics suitable for framing.
You will receive the TAMT Newletter every quarter, keeping you up
to date on what is happening in Texas when it comes to Massage Therapy.
If you are an LMT, you are also eligible to be listed in this website
directory (if you desire) and you can have access to the TAMT
professional liability insurance program.
Our partnership
with ABMP
(Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals) gives TAMT
members a wonderful selection of free information to access, including
business management and market publications and tools, Massage
& Bodywork magazine, and even a Website Builder Program.
Over 100 templates are offered, as well as different colors, content
and layout to use in customizing your personal site. You may also
use the email site, setting up a calendar, forwarding service, auto-reminders,
and more. You may even select a personal email address at "yourname@massagetherapy.com"
or "yourname@myabmp.com".

You

download Acrobat with the link provided. After the download completes,
just open the file, print out the form, fill them out, and mail
it to our office address with necessary payment. All your information
remains private within our office.
